He said “do everything that everyone is not!” At the moment everyone has been getting rid of their shares. So I have been buying bargain shares, and renting them to the market. Because I am option trading I know my costs and profit levels straight away. Pretty cool aye.  The 3^rd Friday of next month, I will have a even bigger profit!

These so called ‘Financial Experts’ with a Degree in this, and a Diploma in that, have sold you that they knew better than you.

The problem is, in the last couple of years the mutual funds they have sold you, lost your money. They the  Financial Planners tell you, it is either market correction or everyone is losing money in the market, you are not losing as much as everyone else.

The worst thing is most Financial Planners who sell you the mutual fund, will receive a trail commission for every year you are still involved with that mutual fund. Do you think the Financial Planner has got an interest in looking after your need if you pull out of the fund?

I do know many Financial Planners will not invest in mutual funds. The reason… is they can invest in selected shares better than the fund managers, they suggest to you.

So the question is, why are you letting financial advisors invest your money.

Is it because, it is difficult? You do not have the knowledge? You are scared you may lose money?

I too was in the same way, I did for a short time allow others to invest my money.  Then I learnt.

Why was I scared to lose my money when I was not scared to let other lose my money?

Knowledge is easy to get, there is enough books on the subject. It is really spending the time to sit down and read the books. Once I had the knowledge it was not difficult at all to invest in the Share market.

I was lucky, I came across Jamie McIntyre 21sy Century Homestudy program. It was all about how I can use different investments from Shares to property, to the internet to make money. How cool is that.

I now options trade, and for the last year I have made over 3.5% net per month on my investment in the share market.

3.5% may not seem much, but remember, how much doom and gloom is in the market. But if you think about it that is 42% for the year…. For every $10,000 I invest, I get $4,200. I think that is great, it gets me to my financial goals, not as quick as some, but it is consistent.

It can be very lonely, to go out into the unknown to find your lost treasures.

I know this for a fact, many times I have lost the passion for what I do, because I feel I have no one to chat with and discuss ,and plan. Yes I have my partner Fiona, but you know how it is, we never listen to the ones we love the most.

The hardest thing to find is like minded people. Many people have this dream, which is usually a day dream to be rich, one day. The problem; they are not committed to their cause, and so will never be rich.

Everyone is scared to give up what they have for their dreams. Because they have felt they will fail to achieve their dreams and so the price to get their dreams is more, than they want to pay.

People, your dreams are what gets you out of bed in the morning.

Every night before  I go to bed, and when I wake up I review my vision and goals. Which is so enjoyable, especially when I have had a pretty average day.

I then visualize money coming into my bank account, and guess what, I sleep like a log. This is because everything that will happen in my life is because I want it to!

So write down you goals, your vision and visualize them regularly to make them happen. When opportunity happens, you will be able to take it as you know it will be the right choice.

It can be Opportunity, Opportunity does not knock twice.

Many times I have looked back on my live, and wished I had the balls, to step up to some of the opportunities that came my way.

Opportunities comes to everyone, but you have to know the right ones to take.

How do you know they are the right ones?

How do you spot them?

A few of my opportunities that I took were duds and lead me up the wrong path. What you need to do is get back on to the right path.

The way to do this, is create a wealth plan. Easier said than done …. You say.  It is easy, if you make it fun!

I have a vision planning session maybe once twice a week. I write down what I see is the ideal life in my mind’s eye!

For example walking into my new apartment in Melbourne, Southbank.

Looking down from the 22 floor. The feeling I have. So I know what I want. I then look for pictures that get me excited.

I then find out the price, and how much I need to make this happen. Then I calculate what I want to put down as deposit and what repayments will cost me. Then I plan on how I will make the money for the deposit. How much money I need to make, to get to pay the monthly payments.

Please understand the more detailed you can make your written vision, the better it is and more achievable.

Sometimes it takes me longer than I want to achieve my dream, but it gives me a purpose everyday to get out of bed, and get it going.

You know the only way this started to become achievable is when I had faith in myself and my wealth plan. And a little help from the people around me.

I have to say I am lucky as I got really involved with getting rich, so I have been included in the inner circle. Can you????

Do you think rich people saved their way to millions?

Unfortunately the saving mindset, which we learn from our parents, which my parents taught me, can lead you to an average life.

Yep there are people who have saved a lots of money! And yet they never will spend the money as it is always put away for a rainy day!

My millionaire friends have all told me “you need to invest to make money!” We all assume to invest you mean things like investing in the share market or housing market!

The investing my millionaire friends are discussing is investing in yourself and you wealth education and creating a wealth map for your future! Which  will lead to investing in share and property markets. Most people will fool themselves thinking it will be right one day. But one day is never in the Monday to Sunday days of the week!

My mentor George Focas(http://www.sharelord.com), taught me to look up the IBD100 (http://www.investors.com).

He helped me set up trading rules.

First ,only trade stocks at with price between $22 – $63(I trade the US market and so prices are in US dollars). Anything outside of this is pointless.

Make sure it is not a pharmacy Stock (company that produces drugs)

Then I look at the graph and make sure it is trending upwards for the last 6 months.

Then I look at the relative strength, EPS rating and the composite rating to make sure it is above 75%.

Put this into my spreadsheet to make sure the profit I will make is acceptable(if you need a copy of my spreadsheet please contact me info@dynamitewealthcreation.com). Then I select the stop (put) level I have in place to make sure if the stock/share falls by the 3^rd Friday of the month. I am then able to put the worthless stock to someone else to minimize my loss.

Then I will place my trade. From time to time I will make sure the stock I have purchased is still above the option I have given someone. I do not want to own the stock by the end of the month.

I have put all this in a system, to maximize my gains and minimize my losses, how cool is that?

Yes there is the show and the advertising space, (now $7,000 per 30 second ad). The guru chefs who actually pay to be on the show as their restaurant gets a plug. Selling the show to other countries. Book deals, magazines etc,etc.

This show makes money, but it really has followed a formula that was discovered a long time ago. The same with making money, it is a tried and tested formula that the rich know…. That is why they are rich. Many rich today did not come from money they tried, persisted, failed once and a while, before they came out on the other side rich.
